Chenal Consulting is a Palm Beach County technology consulting firm. We plan and deliver Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 projects, cybersecurity programs, AI governance, and business websites for small and mid-sized companies — principal-led from first call to handoff, with security configured by default and documentation you own.
What we believe
We believe small-business technology deserves the same rigor enterprises pay for: senior attention, security as a default, and documentation that outlives the engagement. Four standards run through every Chenal Consulting project.
Senior-level accountability. The person who scopes your project is the person who delivers it. There is no junior bench and no account manager standing between you and answers — when something needs a decision, you talk to the consultant who built it.
Security by default. MFA, sensible access controls, encrypted backups, and tested restores are part of how the work gets done, not a line-item upsell. That habit was formed in financial services, where anything less does not pass review.
Plain English. You should never need a translator for your own infrastructure. Proposals say what we will do and what it will cost to run; reports say what we found and why it matters. A recommendation that cannot survive being explained clearly is not a good recommendation.
You own your systems. Your tenant, your licenses, your credentials, your documentation — all in your name from day one. We build so that your own staff, or any future provider, can pick everything up without us. Clients stay because the work is good, not because leaving is hard.

The principal
Bradley Chenal, Founder & Principal Consultant. Bradley's background is IT infrastructure and network administration in the financial-services industry — environments where security reviews are routine, documentation is mandatory, and "it works" is not the same as "it's done." That is where the firm's standards come from.
His technical depth is hands-on and Microsoft-stack: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID identity and access. Recent work includes leading a cross-organization Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration for a financial-services investment firm — mailboxes, files, and identities moved between organizations, with an org-wide MFA re-enrollment completed as part of the cutover — and authoring a complete 17-document information-security policy program for a financial-services client: security policies, incident-response playbooks, and business-continuity and disaster-recovery plans. That program work is the foundation of our cybersecurity services today.
Every Chenal Consulting engagement is delivered by Bradley personally. Client names stay confidential as a matter of policy — the references to past work on this site are anonymized, and yours will be too.
